MIMILAND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Welcome to the product(s) and services operated by Mimiland Technology Company Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and member companies (individually and collectively, "Mimiland ", "We", or "Our"). Mimiland takes its responsibilities for information security seriously in accordance with the provisions of the law on protecting the privacy of personal information and commits to respecting the privacy and concerns of all users with our services. Mimiland clearly understands the importance of the personal data that You have entrusted to Mimiland and believes that Mimiland is responsible for managing, protecting, and processing Your personal data appropriately. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") is designed to help You understand how Mimiland processes the personal data that You have provided to Mimiland, whether currently or in the future, as well as to help You make informed decisions before providing Us with any of Your personal data. At the same time, this Privacy Policy is also considered a personal data processing notice sent to You before We process Your personal data. This Privacy Policy is also designed to assist Mimiland Customers residing in the European Union (EU) in understanding their rights regarding personal data, as set out in the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU when they use the Services.

1.2."Service" or "Services" refers to Mimiland's online games ("Games") and/or website ("Website"), and/or any other products or services provided by Mimiland.

1.3. "Personal Data" refers to information in the form of symbols, letters, numbers, images, sounds, or similar forms in the electronic medium that pertains to You or identifies You. You provide Personal Data and are responsible for the accuracy of the data.

1.4. "Personal Data Processing" refers to one or more activities affecting Your Personal Data, such as: collection, recording, analysis, confirmation, storage, correction, disclosure, combination, retrieval access, retrieval, encryption, decryption, copying, sharing, transmitting, providing, transferring, deleting, destroying Personal Data or other related actions.

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will publish those modifications or the revised Privacy Policy on the Site within Our Games and/or Services. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to You.

2. WHEN WILL MIMILAND COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

2.1. Mimiland may/will collect Personal Data about You:

(a) when You register and/or use Mimiland Services, Games, or Websites, or register an Account with Us;

(b) when You submit any form, including, but not limited to, application or other forms relating to any Mimiland products and services, whether online or in written form;

(c) when You enter into any agreement or provide documents or other information in connection with Your interactions with Mimiland or when You use Our products and services;

(d) when You interact with Us, such as through telephone calls (which may be recorded), letters, faxes, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, and electronic mail (email);

(e) when You use Mimiland's electronic services or interact with Us through the Game or Mimiland's Website or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, Cookies that We may deploy when You interact with Our Games, Website, or Services;

(f) when You make transactions through the Games or Mimiland Website;

(g) when You provide feedback or submit a complaint to Mimiland;

(h) when You register to participate in a contest, game, event, and/or promotional program related to the Game, Mimiland Services;

(i) while You play the Game(s), use Mimiland's Website and Services; and

(j) when You submit Your Personal Data to Mimiland for any reason.

2.2. The above are just some common cases in which Mimiland collects Your Personal Data, and only reflect some of the cases in which Mimiland will collect Your Personal Data.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL MIMILAND COLLECT?

3.1. Personal Data that Mimiland may collect includes, but is not limited to, the following basic personal data:

(a) Full name;

(b) Email address;

(c) Date, month, and year of birth;

(d) Information of identification documents (ID card, Citizen identification card, Passport) and date of issue, place of issue;

(e) address (permanent registered address, contact address);

(f) telephone number;

(g) gender;

(h) marital status;

(i) occupation;

(j) photo of Your face through the device;

(k) information regarding payment;

(l) any other information about You (i) when You log in to use the Mimiland Services, and (ii) when You use the Services, as well as (iii) information about Your use of the Services. How to use Mimiland Services and

(m) aggregated data about user content.

3.2. For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will We process any of Your Personal Data that is sensitive personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

3.3. You agree not to provide us with any sensitive personal data, inaccurate or misleading data and you agree to notify Mimiland of any such inaccurate or misleading data when there are changes related to these data. Mimiland reserves the right (at Mimiland's sole discretion) to request You provide other necessary documents to verify the information You provide to Mimiland.

3.4. If You use Your social network account (such as Facebook, Google), application account (such as Apple account) ("Social Network Account") and/or Your phone number to log in, use Mimiland's Services or linking to the Account that You have registered with Mimiland, You understand and agree that Mimiland can access Your Personal Data when and only if You and the service provider Social Network Account agrees and allows Us to do so.

3.5. You have the right to correct, request correction, request to provide or delete Personal Data provided to Us, or You can also withdraw your Consent at any time if You do not want Us to continue collecting the Personal Data mentioned above. However, You should note that Your refusal, withdrawal of Consent allowing Us to Process Your Personal Data, or request to delete Personal Data provided to Us may affect Your use of Our Services. You can find more information about this in Section 12 below.

4. COLLECTION OF OTHER DATA

4.1. As with most websites and mobile applications, the data Your device sends to Us may include: data about You, recorded by a server when You use the Services by Mimiland. This information typically includes but is not limited to:

(a) IP address;

(b) computer/mobile device operating system;

(c) browser type;

(d) mobile device type, mobile device characteristics, unique device identifier (UDID), or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) of Your mobile device;

(e) reference address of the Website (if any);

(f) the pages that You have visited leading to Mimiland's website or mobile application and the time of access, sometimes "Cookies" (can be disabled by using browser options Your website) to help the website remember your last visit.

If You log in, the above information will be linked to Your Personal Account. This information (not including Your Personal Data) is also included in statistics to help us collect data and evaluate how customers have used our Games and Website.

4.2. Mimiland's Services may use technologies such as ARKit (Agumented Reality or AR for short), Camera API, TrueDepth API, etc., or similar technologies provided by the operating system of mobile devices; These technologies are used to record information related to users' facial expressions and are used for in-app features. We do not use this information for any purposes other than those provided in the application; You have the right to refuse to grant camera access to these features at any time (but you should note that when you stop granting camera access to the application, some features of the application will not be able to function); and We do not store nor share this information with any third parties.

5. COOKIES

5.1. From time to time, We may use "Cookies" or other features to allow Us or third parties to collect or share information that will help Us improve our Site, Games, and Services that We offer or help Us present new services and features. "Cookies" are identifiers We send to Your computer or mobile device that allow Us to recognize Your computer or device and let Us know when the Services or Website are being used or accessed, by how many people, and to track activities within the Site or Our Games. We may link Cookie information with Personal Data. Cookies also link to information about the content You have selected for the shopping pages You have viewed or the video games You have played. Cookies are also used to deliver content based on your interests and track the Services' usage.

5.2. You can refuse to use Cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on Your browser. However, please note that if You do this, You may not be able to use the full functionality of Our Website, Games, or Services.

6. HOW DOES MIMILAND USE THE PERSONAL DATA YOU PROVIDE TO MIMILAND?

6.1. Mimiland may Process Your Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes:

(a) to meet legal procedures, comply with applicable laws and requests from competent authorities;

(b) to review and/or process Your applications/transactions with Us or Your transactions or correspondence with third parties through the Services;

(c) to manage, operate, provide, and/or manage Your use of and/or access to Our Services, Website, and Games (including without limitation), Your preferences, Your Account, and Your relationship with Us;

(d) to respond, process, resolve, complete a transaction, and/or fulfill Your requests for certain Services and products;

(e) to notify You about problems with the Service, as well as unusual Account activities;

(f) to enforce Our Terms of Service or any other applicable agreement or provision in relation to end users;

(g) to protect the personal safety and rights, property or safety of others, or those under your guardianship;

(h) to identify and/or verify Your Account;

(i) to maintain and manage any software updates and/or other updates and support that may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of Our Services;

(j) to process or facilitate customer service to carry out Your reasonable requests, respond to any inquiries submitted by You or submitted by another person on Your behalf, with the condition that the person representing You has all documents proving that You have authorized them to perform these tasks and requests.;

(k) to contact You via phone, text message, fax message, electronic mail (email), mail, or other means for the purpose of administering/managing the relationship between You and Us or Your use of Our Services, including but not limited to communicating information to You related to Our Services. You acknowledge and agree that We may contact You by mail or give You notification through appropriate means of communication, which may disclose Certain Personal Information about You (For example, disclosure of Personal Data recorded on an envelope);

(l) to notify You when another user has sent You a private message or posted a comment to You in the Games, on the Site, or Our Services;

(m) to conduct research, analysis, and development activities (including, but not limited to, data analysis, surveys, development, and/or specification of products and Services), to analyze how You use Our Services for the purposes of improving Our Services or products and/or improving Your customer experience;

(n) to enable advertising and other testing and surveys, validate the size and composition of Mimiland's target audience, and understand their experience with Mimiland Services;

(o) for marketing purposes. In this case, through various communication methods, We will send You information, marketing and promotional materials related to the products and/or Services of Mimiland and its subsidiaries, companies affiliated with Mimiland, whether such products or Services are current or created in the future;

(p) to compile statistical and research data to meet Our internal reporting and/or record requirements or relevant statutes and regulations;

(q) to undertake inquiry, verification, or other screening activities (including without limitation background checks) to comply with legal or regulatory obligations related to risk control policies and procedures, which these regulations and policies are required by law or have been applied by Us;

(r) to audit Our Services or Mimiland's operations;

(s) to prevent or investigate any actual or suspected violation of Our Terms of Service, including without limitation fraud, illegality, omissions, or other violations of our Terms of Service, whether or not related to Your use of Our Services or any other problems arising out of Your relationship with Us;

(t) for storage, server setup, backup (possibly for disaster recovery purposes, including but not limited to war, fire, natural disaster, and/or other serious incidents, etc., or other purpose) to Your Personal Data;

(u) to process and/or facilitate a Business Asset Transaction or a potential Business Asset Transaction, where such transaction involves Mimiland as a party or involves only a subsidiary or affiliated company of Mimiland as a party to or related to Mimiland and/or any one or more of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies as party(s), and may there are other third-party organizations involved in this transaction. "Business asset transactions" means transactions of purchase, sale, lease, merger, consolidation, or any other acquisition, disposal, or financing of an organization or part of an organization or of any business or assets of an organization and/or

(v) any purpose that We notify You at the time of obtaining Your Consent.

(collectively, "Purpose" or "Purposes").

6.2. As the Purposes for which We will/may collect, use, disclose or Process Your Personal Data depend on the circumstances at hand, which purposes may not appear above. However, We will notify You of such other purposes at the time of obtaining Your Consent unless the Processing of Personal Data without Your Consent is permitted under the provisions of the law on personal data protection or according to other legal regulations.

6.3. By Consent, You have consented to Us processing Your Personal Data for all of the above Purposes. In case you only agree with one or several Purposes, please do not check the box agreeing to this Privacy Policy. However, You should note that this may affect Your use of Our Services.

7. HOW DOES MIMILAND PROTECT AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

7.1. Mimiland implements various security methods and always endeavors to ensure the security of Your Personal Data on Mimiland's systems. User Personal Data is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by certain employees with special access rights to Mimiland's systems. However, there certainly cannot be a guarantee of absolute safety.

7.2. The period of Mimiland Processing Your Personal Data is calculated from the time We obtain Your Consent until the last time You use Mimiland's Services and continues for at least 05 (years) years from that time. Even if You request Us to delete Your Personal Data in accordance with Section 12.2, We may continue to store, use, and/or disclose Your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This Confidentiality is to comply with Our obligations under the provisions of the law on personal data protection and other relevant legal regulations.

7.3. Mimiland will maintain Personal Data in accordance with the laws on personal data protection and/or other applicable legal regulations. This implies Mimiland has the authority to delete Your Personal Data when Mimiland has reasonable reasons to determine that (i) storing such Personal Data no longer serves the purpose of processing that Personal Data. ; (ii) storage is no longer necessary for any legal or business purpose and (iii) there are no other legitimate interests to continue storing such Personal Data. Subject to applicable law, We may securely delete Your Personal Data without prior notice to You.

8. DOES MIMILAND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

8.1. During the conduct of business activities, We will/may need to disclose Your Personal Data to Game developers, service providers, third parties, agents and/or other Mimiland's subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies and/or member companies, and/or other third parties, for one or more of the above Purposes. Third-party service providers, agents and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies or member companies of Mimiland and/or other third parties will process Your Personal Data or on Our behalf for one or more of the above Purposes. Such third parties include, but are not limited to:

(a) subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and member companies of Mimiland;

(b) contractors, agents, service providers, and other third parties that We engage to support Our business. These parties include, but are not limited to, those who provide administrative or other services to Us, such as postal companies, telecommunications companies, information technology companies, and data service centers;

(c) the purchaser or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, sale or transfer of any or all of the assets of Mimiland, whether the matter is pending bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings are taking place or are in progress, in which the Personal Data Mimiland holds about Our users is in the transferred assets; or to a counterparty in a Business Asset Transaction in which Mimiland or any of its subsidiaries, affiliated companies or member companies is involved in the transaction;

(d) competent state agencies; and

(e) third parties to whom We disclose information for one of the Purposes and who, in turn, will collect and Process Your Personal Data for one or more purposes.

8.2. In this case, third parties may request that We disclose Your Game-playing history and/or disclose records showing which IP addresses have viewed which Games. We will also share statistical information about Your use of the Services with these third parties. This circumstance will not include any information that could be used to identify You or reveal Personal Data about You specifically.

8.3. For clarity, We may disclose Your Personal Data without Your Consent where personal data protection laws or other applicable laws permit Us to do so.

8.4. Third parties may intercept or access unauthorized Personal Data submitted to or available on the Website, software, applications, or technology applied, which may result in incorrect or non-functional operation as intended, or someone may access, misuse, or misconduct the information which is not our fault. However, We will implement reasonable security actions to protect Your Personal Data in accordance with the law on personal data protection; However, we cannot completely guarantee absolute security because an unauthorized third party may access Personal Data submitted to or contained in the Game, available on the Website or other software or applications, technology applied may result in it not working correctly/not working as intended, or someone may access, misuse or misconduct the information which is not our fault.

9. CHILDREN'S PERSONAL DATA (EXCEPT FOR CHILDREN LIVING IN THE EU)

9.1. Our Services are very diverse and serve many people of different ages. For children under 16 years old, creating an Account and using our Services requires the Consent and supervision of the child's parent or guardian.

9.2. Parents or guardians of children under 16 years of age, please supervise and ensure that the children under 16 years of age in their care do not register their own Accounts to use the Services and/or provide the Data of the child to Us without the Consent or supervision of the child's parent or guardian.

9.3. In case the Personal Data of children under 16 years old is provided to us by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian hereby agrees to the processing and use of Personal Data on behalf of the child under 16 years of age and agrees to be governed by this Policy on behalf of the dependent. At the same time, the parent or guardian commits and guarantees that the Personal Data of the children 7 years of age or older under their guardianship has the child's Consent, in addition to the Consent of the parent/guardian, before such data is provided to Us.

9.4. The parent or guardian of a child under 16 years of age agrees that in addition to the Personal Data of the child under 16 years of age provided to us by the parent or guardian, we may request to provide Personal Data of the parent or guardian of such child under 16 years of age for the Purposes in Point (e) Section 6.1 of this Policy.

9.5. We will close any Account used by a child that does not comply with the requirements set out above and will remove/delete any Personal Data that we believe has been submitted by children under 16 years of age who do not meet the above requirements.

10. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES

10.1. Our Services may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) ("Analytics Tools"). These Analytics Tools may use Cookies, which are text files placed on Your device, to help the website analyze how users use Our Services. The information generated by Cookies about Your use of the website (including Your IP address) will be sent to and saved by the Analytics Tools service provider. Analytics Tools service providers will use this information to evaluate Your use of Our Services, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services regarding website operations and Internet usage.

10.2. Our Services may use measurement tools (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.) ("Mobile Measurement Partner", referred to as "MMP"). MMPs use a Software Development Kit ("SDK") placed on Your device to help Us monitor and optimize the provision of Services to You. Information generated by the SDK about Your use of Our application (including Your IP address) will be sent to and saved by the MMP provider. MMP Provider will use this information to evaluate Your use of Our Services, compile reports on application performance for developers, operate the application, and provide other services related to application operation and Internet usage.

10.3. We, and third parties, may make software application downloads available for Your use on or through the Services. These applications may privately access and allow a third party to view Your identifiable information, such as Your name, Your user ID, Your device's IP address, or other information, such as the Games You are playing during any particular session and any cookies, SDKs You may have previously installed or have been installed for You by a third party software application or website. Additionally, these applications may require You to provide additional information directly to third parties. Third-party products or services provided through these applications are not owned or controlled by Mimiland. You should read the terms and other policies published by those third parties on their websites or elsewhere.

11. EXCLUSION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS AND THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

11.1. MIMILAND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND/OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS. We implement various security methods to maintain the safety of Your Personal Data that We store or control. Your Personal Data is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by a limited number of individuals who have special access rights to Our systems, and these individuals have been requested to secure that personal data. When You begin using the Services or accessing Your Personal Data, We recommend using a security device. All Personal Data You provide will be encrypted into Our databases so they can only be accessed as described above.

11.2. In order to provide You with added value, We may choose to link to and frame various third-party websites within the Site or Game. We may also enter into co-marketing and other relationships to provide e-commerce, advertising, and other services and features to our visitors. These linked sites have their own and independent privacy policies and security actions. Even if that third party is affiliated with Us, We do not control these linked sites, each of which has separate, independent data collection and privacy practices. Data collected by Our co-marketing partners or third-party websites (even if provided on or through Our Site or Games) may not be received by Us.

11.3. We are, therefore, not responsible or liable for the content, privacy practices (or lack thereof), and practices of third-party websites and applications. We protect the integrity of Our Site and Games and the links placed on each such site, and therefore, We welcome feedback on these linked sites (including, but not limited to, if a particular website is unavailable) according to the contact information that can be found in Section 15 of this Policy.

12. HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW CONSENT, CORRECTION OR REQUEST CORRECTION, PROVISION OR DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US?

12.1. Withdrawal of Consent

(a) You may withdraw your Consent to collect, use and/or disclose Your personal data that We are storing or controlling by the means instructed on our Account settings page. We will process the request in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the instructions and procedures on the Account setup page, and Our obligations under the law.

(b) You understand that Your withdrawal of Consent will not affect the lawfulness of Our processing of data to which Your Consent was obtained before the withdrawal of Consent.

(c) However, You should note that Your withdrawal of Consent means that We will not be able to continue to provide the Services to You, and We may need to terminate the current relationship with You and/or Your contract with Us without compensation for any of Your losses.

12.2. Correction, Request for Correction, Provision or Deletion, Destruction of Personal Data

(a) Once You have registered an Account with Us, You may access and edit Your Personal Data that We have collected, stored, or controlled in accordance with the Consent through our existing system. If You have not registered an Account with Us, or for certain of Your Personal Data that We have a separate process for correcting, You may request correction of Your Personal Data that We hold or control by the means set out on Our Customer Care and Support page. We will process the request in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, our Customer Care and Support procedures, and our obligations under the law.

(b) You can monitor Your Personal Data that We are storing or controlling by checking the Personal Data displayed on Your Account settings page or requesting it from Us in accordance with other means according to Our Customer Care and Support process. Your legal guardian or person authorized by You may also make requests on Your behalf. We will process the request in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, our Customer Care and Support procedures, and our obligations under the law.

(c) You may request that We delete Your Personal Data that We are storing or controlling when You (i) consider that Your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the Purposes for which the Consent, (ii) withdraw Consent under Section 12.1, (iii) object to Us processing Your Personal Data and We do not have a legitimate reason to continue processing Your Personal Data, (iv) Our processing of Your Personal Data is not in accordance with the Purposes for which the Consent was obtained, and/or other reasons as prescribed by the law on personal data protection. You can request the deletion of Your Personal Data that We are storing or controlling by the means instructed on Our Account settings page. However, You should note that Your request to delete Your Personal Data means that We will not be able to continue to provide Services to You, and We may need to terminate the existing relationship with You and/or Your contract with Us without compensation for any of Your losses.

(d) You should note that, in all cases, We will require sufficient information from You to determine Your identity and the nature of Your request to be able to deal with Your request in accordance with our terms and conditions process.

(e) We may charge You a reasonable fee for dealing with and processing Your request. If We charge a fee, We will provide You with the cost and deadline for payment in writing or email. Please pay and pay on time the fees (if any) mentioned above so that the response or resolution of your request can take place promptly.

(f) We have the right to refuse to provide or delete Your Personal Data in specific cases as prescribed by law.

13. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS FOR USERS IN EU COUNTRIES

The provisions of this Section only apply if You are located in the European Union ("EU"). These provisions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy in the other provisions of this Privacy Policy.

13.1. Flexibility

(a) You have the right to receive from Us the Personal Data that You have previously provided to Us and that have been processed based on Your consent in a structured, capable of conventional and similar use in the electronic environment, and the right to request that We transfer such Personal Data to another Party.

(b) If You wish Us to transfer Your Personal Data to a Third Party, please ensure the details of such Third Party and note that We can only do in accordance with Your request when these requirements are technically feasible. We will not be responsible for the security of Personal Data or Data obtained as a result of processing Your Personal Data when a Third Party receives this data. We may also not provide You with certain Personal Data if providing it would interfere with other rights (for example, where providing Personal Data We have collected may disclose other individuals' information).

13.2. Delete data

(a) You may request that We delete Your Personal Data that We have collected in the following circumstances:

  • You believe that such Personal Data is no longer necessary for Us to hold Your Personal Data;

  • We process Your Personal Data that We have collected based on Your consent, and You wish to withdraw this consent. At the same time, We no longer have any other reason or purpose to continue processing this Personal Data;

  • We are processing Your Personal Data based on Our legitimate interests, and You are the subject of this processing. Please provide such details as you consider reasonable so that We may consider whether it is a more important right than our right to process and store this Personal Data;

  • You no longer want Us to continue using Your Personal Data collected by Us to send advertisements, special offers, sales, and lucky draw programs; or

  • You believe that Your Personal Data collected by Us is being processed illegally by Us.

(b) Please provide as much detail as possible of Your reasons to assist Us in determining whether You have reasonable grounds to request deletion of the data. However, We may retain Personal Data if there is a legal basis in law for Us to do so (for example, in accordance with the laws of your country – where Mimiland's subsidiaries or member companies are head-quartered or to protect Us against legal requests or ensure freedom of speech) however We will notify You of such this cases. Please note that after deletion of Personal Data, We may not be able to provide the same service as before deletion because We will not be able to learn about Your preferences.

(c) You should note that regulations in some countries (such as Vietnam) and territories require service providers such as Mimiland to store information and Personal Data of users d for a certain period of time (can be up to 05 (five) years) ("Storage Period") from the last time the user used the service; You agree that, in this case, the regulations of the above countries and territories will prevail; Therefore, your request to delete your Personal Data will only be possible after the end of the above Retention Period.

13.3. Storage of Personal Data

We retain Your Personal Data for as long as this Personal Data is necessary for Us to provide services or products to You, or as required or permitted by law, for example, such as the provisions of law on online video games, Taxation, and Accounting. If You make a request to delete Your Personal Data and We determine that the request is well-founded, We will endeavor to delete Your Personal Data within 30 days of Your request and end the Retention Period set out above or notify You if this procedure requires more time.

13.4. Opposition Against Sales Programs Based on Customer Profiles and Targeting Customers

At any time, You have the right to object to the processing of Your Personal Data to send You promotions, special offers, and sales messages, including when We build Customer records for these purposes, and We will stop processing Your Personal Data for these purposes. 13.5. Limit Processing of Personal Data to Archiving Only

13.6. Transfer of Personal Data Outside the EU

Your Personal Data may be transferred outside the EU. We will take necessary and appropriate steps to ensure that the Recipients of Your Personal Data will have a duty of confidentiality, and We take actions such as appropriate Contractual provisions to ensure that the recipients of the transferred data protect and process Your Personal Data in compliance with all personal data protection laws.

13.7. Children's Information

These Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age residing in the EU. We do not intend to collect or store any personal data or non-personally identifiable information of anyone under 16 years of age residing in the EU, any part of our Site, or Games, nor are the Services intended for children under 16 years of age residing in the EU. We will block any Account used solely by such children and will remove and/or delete any personal data that we believe has been submitted by any minor under 16 years of age living in the EU.

14. WHERE PERSONAL DATA IS STORED AND TRANSFERRED TO OTHER COUNTRIES

14.1. For Services provided to the Vietnamese market by Mimiland and/or Mimiland's subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and member companies with headquarters located in Vietnam, Your Personal Data will be stored in Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law.

14.2. For the Personal Data of EU users, the provisions in Section 13 of this Policy will apply.
